This is the basis of my existence I hope someine who reads this can help me

I have not had the opportunity to talk to you myself even though I have wanted to every time we have been in court. I feel you need to know what you aren't being told about everything in our situation. My home has been destroyed and my family ripped apart by all we have been put through. My grandkids were never beaten or punished, they were always well fed and most of all loved and protected. I raised them as my own from the time they came home from the hospital. They mostly lived with us here in my house and before that when Faith was born we lived in an apartment. I am pleading with you to let my grandson come home with me where he belongs.

My Grandchildren were subjected to two dangerous homes in the foster homes, One home had a 51 A and B with an investigation from Boston.then they were moved to another where the boy already there sexually molested them when the three of them slept in the same room. My grandkids had I believe 8 different homes, many worker changes from Erica Wiel who was promoted and then the next worker, Kalina left and we were cut to a visit a month, from one a week which has been for the entire last year.They got Brianna Gingras.  Now her case is closed and that adoption worker who hates the family will not let me see Tylor at all. She refuses to return calls for the visit Amanda has in September, in the beginning of the month. On May 15, we had a visit and the adoption worker threatened me. As she did this the kids saw us and wanted to come to us. She put her foot in Faith's chest to keep her from seeing us . this was seen by a room full of people. The only name I have for her is Hailey.

My daughter Michelle was also in a home where a 51A was filed and this was the reason they allowed her home when they did. She told me about what the other girl in the home did when they left the home to go out- the girls traveled in pairs and the girl Michelle was with would push her in a closet so she and her boyfriend could have sex. Michelle is now claustrophobic and has nightmares. She is in therapy for this. I am looking into a civil suit for her.

So my grandkids were split up and Faith is(was) in Colorado with my other daughter Erica there is no reason why I can't have my grandson here (even though I would prefer both of them). I raised both of those kids from the time they came home from the hospital. I have put up with the Lies of these so called workers and I have done everything I have been told to do. My home was deemed acceptable and my case closed so there is no reason why my grandson can't be here. I took a bonding test which wasnt properly done, no one I had given names were talked to by this Dr like he had said he was going to do.  I have a whole room of people when he was at my house and he talked to none of them. I have letters from the kid's father saying he was all for the kids coming to me. He also said he never heard of the Dr who had said he was going to talk to him as well. There was a bonding test done on their mother by Lisa Clayton too last year and she also observed me and said there was no reason why they werent home with me then! She had been to my house and examined it as well and found nothing wrong.

I took that outdated test and of course I intrepreted those ink blots he called pictures. I am a writer and I can see and make stories out of many things with little prompting. I knew what the test was as soon as he brought them out and I also know this isn't a test that should be used for a custody hearing. I am just a grandmother who wants her grandchild(ren) back so I can raise them in peace and give them the security they had before they were cruelly ripped out of the only home they ever knew. Their mother has moved and is a couple towns away from here so she will not be a problem.

My family has been destroyed and will never be the same again.  Even after doing everything I was told to do that would bring my grandkids back to me. I am begging you to do the right thing and let my grandkids come home to us where they are missed and loved every day. If it is a crime to want to have my grandchildren home with us in safety and love then I am a criminal families should not be ripped apart by cruel people whose only intent is malicious when nothing is followed for any kind of rules and then hidden.

June After Faith was moved to Colorado:
I was just informed by Erica that she had Faith put in the mental ward because she had some kind of breakdown, I dont want her thrown away, I want her back too. We never saw any of these actions when she was with us, please help me get her home too. I can get her the help she needs right here she can live with people she loves and still get help. she is just a baby at 5 a very troubled girl who needs the love of her family to support her. I have also been told that the adoption worker has an unnatural attachment to both these children and she has gone to the point of interfering with families!

As far as qualifications, I was unaware that you needed them to have/ raise kids . I raised 5, plus Faith and Tylor who I have had from birth. I have been married to the same person for 22 years, he has been at the same job 22 years, Yes it is a second marriage, the first one is far in the past and has nothing to do with anything in my life. There has been no contact for a very long time. My two children from this marriage have been home schooled, my son has his GED, my daughter will be getting hers this year and going on to college. I have a parenting certificate that I got at my own expense, notes from my physican stating I am capable of caring for my grandkids. I am also home all the time so there is no need for daycare or babysitters. Yes I had a small problem over a year ago with my own house and it was quickly taken care of but reports of the workers didn't reflect anything because they were against my kids being here.

I had gotten complacent about the state of things and got in over my head. I rectified the situation as quickly as I could and now meet with their approval(have met with their approval for most of a year, maybe a bit longer).  My house is clean and everyone is healthy. Most of the inside has been painted, furniture replaced and I still voluntarily see a psychologist that I am accountable to for these things. He is the same person I will have the grandkids go to, Tylor when he comes home, and Faith should I be able to get her back as well. Michelle sees him for problems stemming from abuse by another teen in the home she was in. And I have recently started babysitting for a friend who has a 2 year old boy. The last thing we were told to do so the kids could come home was to have their mother move. She has moved to another town.

JULY 2009
 I have just found out Faith is returning to MA I would like her returned to me.  She never had any of the problems she supposedly has now when she was with me and i have school records proving it. She also has not been in preschool the whole time she has been gone and is not ready for a kindergarten class. She hasn't seen a dentist in the time she has been gone as well. She had lyme disease in one of the foster homes and has not been tested to see if it is gone (that might be a factor in her actions , as well as wanting to come home.I raised her and Tylor and want them both with me so they can return to a normal secure life without the intentional disruption of any kind of a family life by that obsessed adoption worker.  I implore you because it is within your power to return my family to me before what I have left is irreparably and permanently damaged beyond salvation.

I have been treated like a non person, insulted, belittled, threatened and told I am incapable of raising my grandchildren when I am the one who raised them! These kids should have been returned to me when it as said they would. The police report says we were told 10 days and we were ready for them to come back then. This is an exersize in nothing but cruelty on my grandchildren and the family in general. I also would like to request that Judge Leary and the two lawyers see these children and myself away from the DCF workers.
Please help me do the right thing and send them home to me.
