So sorry you are having trouble with your blood sugar. It is scary when one minute everything is fine and the next minute everything is turned upside down by something like that. We have diabetes in our family and we are all ever vigilant that it might strike another one of us at any time. I just read a story in this morning's paper about the young girl starring in the lead role of Clara in the local production of The Nutcracker. She is diabetic, yet she is dancing up a storm. It is all in the management of blood sugar, I think. And, there are some wonderful cookbooks out there. BTW, 120 pounds sounds pretty darned svelte to me!

Well we had a great fun T-Day and long weekend, I didn't get the red velvet cake made, so I will try that again, after I buy an extra cake pan, and can find some un-sweeten cocoa and buttermilk. Other than that everything else was great, and I am still eating on some left overs, guess I over cooked some, but we all had fun.
Looks like we are in for some winter temp's this coming week, they even said, we might see some snow Thursday or Friday! We had a good heavy frost on the deck this morning and 34 degrees. I bet ya'll have had some frost up your way also.
