I am a Gold's Gym Certified Personal Trainer and AARP Member.  I understand the needs of seniors because I am a senior.  I train at the Gold's in midtown DC near the Farragut West Metro.  As part of the AARP Fitness program, any AARP member can join Gold's Gym for $49 and receive up to 20% off of their monthly dues.  If you would like to find out more about this program visit AARPFitness.com.  If you live or work in DC and are considering joining a gym, please come visit the Gold's at 1120 20th St NW in Washington DC.  Ask for Judy if you would like to discuss personal training.

The gym is very clean and has great equipment.  I love training both seniors and those looking to lose weight.  I have lost 30 lbs. and been able to keep it off through proper diet and exercise.  I am both a Certified Personal Trainer and  a Certified Nutritional Consultant.  I attended NPTI in Vienna, VA.  At the school I received an A average and had perfect attendance.  I believe that exercise should be fun and I believe that my clients enjoy working with me.  If you would like to contact me directly my email address is eon1428@yahoo.com

Hi Cajunn,

As a child I did not appreciate Lawrence Welk but now I can see why my parents liked the show. I love to watch the old TV shows now
