About Me

I am 82 and for the last 13 years have lived alone in a cozy "granny cottage" in a lovely rural community just outside Monterey, CA. My son and daughter and their families are in the same area so am able to enjoy them and the grandkids, (two sets of boy/girl twins) - I am so lucky!

Interests:
I go to two different exercise classes three times a week - besides the obvious health benefits, I enjoy the great group of people in both. Reading is also an important part of my day, as well as my 4 outdoor cats, and 1 indoor cat. (Would love to have a dog, but there are limits!) Movies, computer games, some TV

I tried to read a book by Carlos Ruiz Zafon several months ago. I was very highly rated by other readers. I was disappointed I couldn't get into it. Maybe I'll try another one in the future. I can't remember the title off hand
