Discovered that my profile is not complete unless I "create a journal."  I looked at the journals of some other members and found they put in a lot effort -- photos, videos, music and such.  I'm too lazy for that, so I'll just say a few things about my current life.

It is a pleasant afternoon in the Texas Hill country.  We retired to a patio home that is on the fourth hole of a golf course.  I don't play golf, but we liked the house and view.  I've found a few lost golf balls but haven't had any windows broken yet.

Dorothy and I decided to move back to Texas when I retired and we've always liked the hill country. Our children and grand kids live in Houston, which contributed to our decision to move back to Texas from Birmingham, Alabama.
