Rick and I bought this in a sad state of repair 4 years ago. We named the house Hillstation as it reminds us of places in the hills above the hot plains in India and Asia where Rick has spent most of his working life. It is our retreat and we are making her beautiful again. The house was built in 1902 as a doctors house for a TB sanitorium that was further up the hill
