Yep, I've read Night several times. It is great. I suppose what I like so much about Man's Search for Meaning is the insight about our spirits and our mind. The choices that we have to make everyday. What it says about the camps themselves is also amazing, but I especially get so much from the psychology of it all. Marie

I just entered a new journal entry on my profile that I thought you might relate to? Please stop by and read the entry. This is a wonderful book. Victor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning.

Well, no promises on the hooking. I am always in the right place to have it happen again. You have a wonderful week as well.

Rosemary,

Thanks for sharing your story with me. I guess I am not the only one that has hooked something other than a fish. In my case, I had to remove the hook myself. I could get nobody to take it on. I simply ran it through the rest of the way and cut the barb off. Memories are made of lots of things and it surprises me sometimes what may joggle a time gone by.

I'm Italian...and Italy has always been a dream vacation for me. We finally went the way that I wanted to go this past summer. A car...and no destination. We just hit the road. We did plan to stay in Northern Italy.....and so we were off. We did a couple home exhanges..one on an Olive grove outside of Florence and another one in Venice. I'm a firm believer in home exchanges after this trip. I actually started a group here on vacation rentals/homestays/homeexchanges. I'll be interested...so far not any takers, but time will tell if there are others out there who are enjoying the same thing. Marie
