I have been athletic for many years, but have never done a large event which required months of training. I've been on various sports teams in school, through which I have participated in races and small events, but never anything like the 3 Day. Above is a url for my 3 Day page, where I have a blog and you can see my fundraising progress. The 3 Day is a 60 mile walk over the course of three days this November, and for which I'm currently training. I'm actually a training walk leader, so I am involved in helping others train, as well. And I'm walking. Walking, walking, walking. I got on this site to join a walking group or two, to share enthusiasm, experiences, and get tips.
