I've lived in New Hampshire since I was a child, but love to travel, and hope to live out part of the rest of my life in some other part of the world, not sure where, it's a fairly good sized planet. Hopefully, it will be a warmer place then New Hampshire.

Easily confused by Beta

Just wondering, is there anyone out there that's as confused by the lack of instructions and definitions provided to help a person to navigate around in this website?  OR, am I stupid..........and if so, am I the only stupid person?  I'm slowly finding my way around, but I'm afraid others may get frustrated and give up.  There MUST be a better way to provide instructions and definitions..........I feel like I'm playing a video game instead of getting info and communicating with others.

Thanks Zoomers, I'll hang in here, and probably continue to complain! Try to see it as "constructive criticism", that's how it's meant, even if I'm frustrated as all get-out by the time I begin keyboarding.

I'm no longer sure how "patient" I want to be. I just got an answer to a question in another journal I wrote, and when I went to find the answer to it to send to you (it involves a "help" group) I can no longer navigate back to it. I think the only way to get to it is to go back to my Yahoo email and navigate from the link that's in my email. This is crazy! I like the opportunity to meet others here, but this website is far from easy to deal with. I'm involved in another website that deals with one of my hobbies, and it's SO easy compared to this!! This website needs to be made more intuitive, the next click should be a matter of intuition, that is, the next logical step. This isn't it!

You aren't alone out there! I, too, am confused and a little frustrated by this new site. I'm willing to hang in there for awhile to see if it gets better as more people sign on. I really enjoy the "old" Learning and Technology message board. So far, itsw not happening here. I'll be patient - but I'm not going to spend hours click, click, clicking here and there!
