We have TWO Goldens that travel with us from one end of the country to the other since we have children in Vermont and WA State! And they look out of the window like yours every chance they get! Riley and Harley are our Goodwill Ambassadors since wherever we go, we draw a "crowd"! Riley also is a P.E.T.P.A.L./therapy dog and visits patients in the Rehab Department at a local hospital and the children in the Respite Program of River Hills School for the Mentally and Physically Challenged Children in our Tri County Area. We adopt abused and unwanted Goldens through RAGOM.org and do now volunteer work for that organization. We love dogs and we love GOLDENS! Last year we adopted a 13 1/2 year old Golden named Dorus that only spoke DUTCH (my husband is a "full blooded" Dutch and he just had to give him a home to live out the rest of his life [his real Dutch family is in Shanghai and could not take Dorus along!] ... we helped him cross the Rainbow Bridge in April of this year). Riley is deaf and a senior and hopefully enjoys life in our family!
What a coincidence. Once or twice a year my sister and her husband vacation in North Carolina, traveling from Pennsylvania. They too have 3 Goldens that travel with them. And they are as good as "gold" on the trip. They love the shore and heads out the window.
