My name is Evelyn and I am 62 years old. I was married for 36 years to the "love of my life" Frank. I was married before and had 3 children, Marcia 42, Marisa 40 and Anthony 37. When Frank and I married he adopted my children and then together we had Kevin, 34. Between these 4 children, we have 10 grandchildren, the oldest is 18, the youngest is 4 months. Frank was a New Orleans Police officer for 25 years and I worked for the Police Department and then the Port of New Orleans. When Frank retired we purchased a RV and travelled extensively. We did this until he became too ill. In May 2007 Frank passed away and I lost all sense of self. I left in August and travelled to Turkiey for 2 1/2 months. While I was away my children sold our home, (I could no longer live in the house where Frank died) so I am now living with my daughter Marcy and her family until I can build a small home.

Interests:

I enjoy being outdoors, whether it is gardening, fishing, walking or just watching the water. In the winter i crochet and sew. Volunteer work is something I would enjoy doing, just don't know what yet.
