Hey Chef,
I have caught and cooked more fish than most people in their lifetime, yet I had never heard of placing the whole pinwheels of lemons in a bed under the fillets. I have to admit; it was the best tasting fish I think I've ever eaten. The lemon juice actually steamed into the fish and gave it a great texture, and a wonderful flavor without overpowering the taste of the fish. With the chili powder and garlic, I scored some major points with my wife.
I did include some basmati rice with organic black beans, and man-oh-man it was a fantastic meal!
Are you ready for another challenge?
What the heck can I do with skinless Turkey fillets? My wife bought them, and I have no idea what to prepare and/or what else to serve with them. What do you suggest?
I can't wait to hear your suggestions.
Thanks again Chef.
