I love the pictures of your babies, Fred and Wilma. My Rocky is half maine coon and half domestic. He is very friendly and loveable. Before Rocky i had Midnight for 13 yrs. He is now in kitty heaven. His hair was like silk and when i use to pet him i always said he was mommy's silky boy. I love all animals, but my cat keeps me company and i always have one to love. Would like more, but one at a time is best for me. Thanks for sharing the beautiful pictures of your babies!!
Char, Simba is 5 years old. I got all of my cats from a kitty rescue home. So Sim, as I call him, is very likely not a full Maine Coon, either. Even at 5 he still enjoys playing with the toy mice. He likes to grab them by the tail and sling them as far as he can. And you would be surprised how far that can be! Mine are also indoor cats. If their feet were to touch gr****they would probably go...WHOA, WHAT IS THIS STUFF? And, yes, all cats love to be in the windows, I guess. Luckily, with 4 cats, I have plenty of windows and wide window sills.

You may be right about the Main Coon, as Fred looks exactly like your cat! Fred does that "peeking out from under the bedskirt, or sofa skirts also.
Fred and Wilma are brother and sister, and I adopted them from a rescue group as tiny kittens. Their mother was a Calico, but I think maybe the father was Main Coon, because my friend also has Main Coon's and Fred looks a lot like hers, only his hair is a little shorter.
Neither one of mine like to be carried around, but they are just now 10 months old, and I think that will change as they become adults. They are just now starting to sleep in the bed with me, as they are still too busy "playing and fighting" to worry about going to bed. lol
The thing that my cats like more than anything is being in the window. They are strictly inside cats, but love to watch what is going on in that world outside.
Char
Fred is a 'Maine Coon" right? I have a Maine Coon that looks almost identical to him. They are so loving and loyal and definately a one person cat. My Simba loves to be carried around like a 'baby'. And if I'm lucky, he (and Turtle & Casper...you can probably guess by the names what colors they are) allow me to sleep in their bed. I'll bed your 'Fred and Wilma' let you sleep with them, too, at least most of the time. After all, if my guess is right, it IS THEIR bed! LOL
