There is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states this has already happened. ~Douglas Adams~

Cappy, goodness girl, I should have been looking thru your pictures sooner. These are great. I remember going to the Garden of the Gods, many moons ago when I was in my 20's and lived in Co. Oh my, that brings back memories
Cappy, I like this! I am trying to get into watercolors, and looking at your work it seems I have a long way to go! Please post more! Did you paint this 'live', from a photo or from memory?
Haven't been to the garden of the Gods yet, and your painting makes want to visit. Also to try my hand at water color. pray tell what am I waiting for??? thanks for sharing you work and would love to see more. SIERRA-J
Thank you! I haven't dabbled in watercolors for some time now, but do have a few other pieces I could scan and post...guess I should do that as well as get busy in this medium once again. The Garden of the Gods is such a beautiful place, isn't it. ;)
Beautiful! The colors are rich and enhance the simply lovely landscape. I rode through The Garden of the Gods on horseback in August two years ago. Your impressionistic rendition seems like springtime. I would enjoy seeing more of your watercolors
