Glad to see the little critters get some positive press. When I was a kid I had hamsters that I dearly loved. They are wonderful pets. I also had mice as a science genetic experiment, and they were such cuties with wonderful mouse family values. To this day I can't harm them. I have cats now, so the safe environment thing wouldn't be in play if I had one of these adorable little party animals
I love that picture! I'm a real animal lover, and since I sold my house & am (temporarily) in a rental, I can't even feed the birds, squirrels or chipmunks outside my townhouse .. and I really miss them! Yesterday I passed a "PetSmart" store, and went in, just to talk to the guinea pigs & other little critters!
