Unless I have done something wrong I really don't like repeating jigsaw puzzles. It would seem out of all the jigsaws out there they could vary it daily. I liked the old format better also.

I always enjoy thinking man games that stimulate your thought processes. Dis you know that the Government uses games to teach flight skills to those training , to land and take off those big planes on small landing spaces? Like an aircraft carrier where every inch may count, and be the difference between life or into the water at tremendous depths and speeds. Also to train the ones who are responsible to control the bombing or fire power from the air. A small community college not too far (about 70 miles or so) from here was one of the few places that trained the pilots (with computers games) for the other gulf war. My son was in high school there then, and the counsellors wanted him to join ROTC and take the training classes, because he had excellant grades and was good on computer skills and games. Those skills earn his living today, he has benefitted greatly, from what began as "fun game time"

Well I guess your thinking "We just can't please these people".....I love the new games ....but...the backgammon ...No challenge there....the Old Jigsaw format was way better and the old word games.....
I guess what I'm saying is I really appreciate the addition of more games but the quality of the old games was much better.

Do any of you ladies want to stat a new game ? How about "Remember When?" Somebody says Remember when You could go to the grocery store and buy a weeks groceries for a family of four for $25. What was the year? Answer: In my part of Texas 1967. Or remember when Red Skelton was a weekly dose of comedy? What Year ??? Years? I'm sure that some of you can do better, but that is a start.

I like trivia, and word games too, how about you? I am working on a Monet garden picture puzzle right now, and the variations in color are slight, and obscure, a real challenge, but I am enjoying it a great deal.

I agree about the new jigsaw format...the old one was way cooler. Also, I was happy to see that you added Backgammon. I played once or twice. It appears to have been programmed by a five year old. How about a real Backgammon game?

Thanks, Victoria
