Thank You so very much, Janese.... The day is wonderful, sharing with
family in many different locations across the USofA.... Weather is
certainly with the Spirit of the Season, rather than our usual 90 degree
atypical Christmas weather, which adds to the beauty of the day.... Hope
you are not under too much snow up there as our rains have headed east
and tend to end up as snowflakes rather than raindrops by the time they
reach your territory in the upper Midwest this time of year. We've been
doing some criss-crossing of the nation for the past couple of months,
and I've been on the computer a bit less. This year we've lately been
doing our crossing via the south and the middle of the nation and
haven't gotten up your way. I have been blessed and able to do a lot of
philanthropy which has also kept us busy these past couple of months.
I've been granted extra years for some reason unknown to me, and being
able to help others has been a wonderful way of thanking my Creator, and
certainly has kept down any chances of boredom. Hope you have been able
to have a wonderful day with family and friends, and may that happiness
carry throughout the coming year for you and your family. I suspect you
have been doing some baking and am sure your home is filled with those
wonderful aromas, while family is able to enjoy the "fruits of your
labors"..... Mmmmmmmm..... <>

I'm so glad you are doing well and had a wonderful holiday with your family. My Christmas went very well. The weather held up for a day and everyone made it here. We haven't had much snow since Christmas Eve. I did shovel about an inch and a half today but that's about it. It's been pretty cold though. I loved seeing my family but the holidays were a lot of work this year. I spent nearly every day either baking cookies or making food for Christmas Day as well as all the shoveling. Everyone did appreciate it though and seeing their smiles when they took their cookies home is what it's all about. Have fun on your travels and enjoy the New Year. I wish you and your family all the best in 2009.
