I'm originally from NW Indiana. I've been caregiver to my disabled mother since 2000, which is what brought me to AARP.com. Together with my cat Bella, the three of us moved to southern California in '03 where the climate is a lot more comfortable for Mom
Interests:
I've lived & worked in different cities, both in the U.S. and abroad. I love to travel, but had a serious dry spell for years until I took the debt plunge and spent 2 wks.+ in Greece in '07!! :-) I love foreign & indy films, hiking, dancing, world music, family geneology, world cuisine/cooking, and dabbling in writing & photography... still trying to sum up the courage to do something about my love of singing. ;-)My Photos (9)
