Jaya was a "lost" cat I took in, when my feral rescue Petunia's brother ran away. Jaya turned out to be diabetic, which made me think that perhaps someone had just tossed him out, rather than him having gotten lost. The symptoms were that he peed all over the house .. it was not pleasant, but as soon as he was put on insulin, he never went outside his box again! Cats rock! Jaya had to be euthanized back in 2000, when his kidneys failed.
