From the AARP Massachusetts Online Community, Feb 9, 2010 - The latest news on the job front is bittersweet. According to the Boston Globe, January’s nationwide unemployment figure of 9.7 percent is lower than December’s 10 percent, but still high. As Congress addresses the nation’s job loss, AARP encourages elected leaders to include the needs of older Americans in any employment relief measures. Learn more in today’s blog.

aarp has caved into supporting Obama's agenda! Why? To benefit (and it is always about the money)the aarp not the public. They are NOT for the general public they are about insurance and profit! Don't be hood winked!

Considering that I've started paying 25% more in sales taxes, a higher effective income tax rate, and the highest gas tax in the nation during 2009, I think I've done more than enough for others this year!
