I never thought I would be a grandmother before 55...but God had a different plan for me I guess. Nobody wants their teenage children to become parents so young, but I have found all I can do is just be there for them when they need me and love my grandbabies to death. They are such a joy. Kids grow up so fast, too fast these days. I try to tell my kids to enjoy this time because it will be gone before they know it. Then responsibility comes and it can be hard. I know it sounds like I am rambling but I need a release somewhere.

I for one want to say RIGHT ON. We live in NJ and I had and still am having trouble with the legal system. My son-in-law died 3 years ago and daughter last year. The courts have finally let me adopt the two kids (15 & 16) but till this day I am waiting for them to pay medical bills and set me up with a person to help me handle information which Hackensack DYSP said they would. It is not easy yet when I look in my grandchildren eyes and see the lose they feel and show all the bill and mental help they are gettin is worth all. Enjoy them all for GOD has given us a life to help even when times get rough. GOD BLESS YOU AND ALL
