Yeah, by the time you got back he was already awake. We keep talking about what we should get done this morning but as of this moment we are on our second pot of coffee and snacking on fresh tortillas with butter and honey....yum!

I just don't know about that computer of yours. But if your OS is Windows Vista the voice of experience is telling me what might be wrong.......sigh.....

Tortillas with butter and honey? What kinda tortillas are you eating?!! That just don't sound right to me.But then, I make mine with beef, peppers, and cheese, a little sour cream, lotsa hot sauce, and sometimes a little guacamole...sometimes, depends on the mood.
It is Windows Vista

In my world tortillas get filled with everything from beans to BLTs to peanut butter/dill pickles/and Miracle Whip! We even eat them necked right out of the package and warm from the griddle....mmmmm

I've had more trouble with Vista and more of my friends have had trouble than with any other OS. After my latest crash I was so tempted to trash the computer but the fix wasn't as expensive as I expected. We have a really good computer geek shop not far from here. They talk to you in understandable English and if the fix is more than you want to pay they can also sell you a rebuilt computer at a very reasonable price. That's what Jim is working on as we speak

Well, the BLT part sounds halfway good. I like BLTs. Or as I call them sometimes, BLT&Ms. (Bacon, lettuce, tomato, & mayonaise [not salad dressing] gotta have mayonaise, on toasty bread) The other stuff you said sounds like something I need to be pregnant to want.
I don't know where a computer geek shop is around here. It don't mean there ain't one. I just don't know where it is...if it is

Check your local phone directory (in paper or online) for Computer Repair or Computers - Rebuilt or something like that. Then if you aren't familiar with an address go to Mapquest.com and enter the address to see how far it is from your place.

Just a thought.....oh, and P.S. Jim doesn't go for the peanut butter/dill pickle/Miracle Whip sandwich either but the rest of us love them, pregnant or not!

I'm so glad it helps to know about the prayers, my dear old friend. I know it always helps me!

Early here. I'm hoping that I won't wake Jim so he can sleep in for awhile this morning. I know he has a couple of projects over at the new house so I'll tag along and finish painting if the day turns that direction. The kids are having an Open House on Thanksgiving Day so we'd like to get all the little stuff finished before then. We'll see...

Here comes the first hug of this Saturday morning, and a prayer for you and your folks.

Ooooops, I just got two phone calls, one from my Mom and one from my daughter so I really, really, really have to go. I'll check in as soon as I get home and I hope that I'll find that you have had a really good day.

Great big, fast HUG!
