Dole will receive the organization’s highest honor at The Newseum on March 11

WASHINGTON, DCAARP today announced that Senator Elizabeth Dole has been selected as the recipient of the 2014 AARP Andrus Award. The Andrus Award, named after AARP founder Ethel Percy Andrus, is given in recognition of those who embody the organization’s goal of bringing a lifetime of experience and leadership to serve all generations.

AARP selected Senator Dole as the 2014 Andrus Award recipient for the incredible work she has done through the Elizabeth Dole Foundation.
