Gail Aldrich, SPHR, of northern Nevada, is chair of the AARP Board of Directors.  In this capacity, she chairs both the Governance Committee and the Compensation Committee. Previously, she was chief membership officer for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), senior vice president and chief administrative officer for the California State Automobile Association, vice president of administration and corporate secretary of the company now known as Exponent and vice president of human resources for the Electric Power Research Institute. She has served on several boards and has chaired the boards of SHRM, Good360 and Lytton Gardens, which assists low-income seniors.
