Raymond Dean Jones is a former sitting judge from Denver. He serves on the Governance Committee. He devoted over 32 years to the Denver District Court, the Denver County Court, the Aurora Municipal Court (as chief judge) and the Colorado Court of Appeals. Previously, he was a litigator in a large Denver law firm, doing corporate and commercial transactions, and clerked for the chief justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. He is of counsel to The Holt Group LLC and is a certified arbitrator and mediator. He cofounded the Sam Cary Bar Association and also volunteers with the Denver and Colorado bar associations, the Colorado Alzheimer’s Association and the NAACP Youth Chapter.
