Richard Leider is recognized as one of the top executive coaches in the world, having helped 100,000 leaders from more than 50 corporations discover the power of purpose. A member of the Life Reimagined Institute for Innovation, Leider is the co-author of the AARP book, Life Reimagined: Discovering Your New Life Possibilities, released in October 2013.
Leider is also founder and chairman of The Inventure Group whose mission is to help people create purposeful work and lead purposeful lives. He holds a master’s degree in counseling and is nationally certified as a Master Career Counselor. Leider is a senior fellow at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality and Healing, a guest lecturer in the Harvard Business School and serves on the faculty of Duke Corporate Education and in the University of Minnesota Carlson School’s Executive Development Center.
