With over six million books in print, Mollie Katzen is an inductee of the James Beard Cookbook Hall of Fame. Named by Health magazine as “one of the five women who changed the way we eat,” she is best known as the creator of the vegetarian classics, Moosewood Cookbook and The Enchanted Broccoli Forest.
Katzen’s works include a best-selling children's cookbook trilogy and Eat, Drink, and Weigh Less, co-authored with Walter Willett, M.D. of the Harvard School of Public Health. Katzen’s newest book, The Heart of the Plate: Vegetarian Recipes for a New Generation was named a “best book of the year” by The New York Times, Publisher’s Weekly, Amazon and Apple iBooks.
