June Kittay is a fitness coach who designs and teaches fun, basic-movement programs that help people stay fit. After suffering a lifetime of chronic illness and unsuccessful diets, Kittay was diagnosed with severe food sensitivities. Stabilizing her weight helped transform her health and rejuvenate her life.
After back surgery in 2004, Kittay benefited from a seated exercise program for seniors. Inspired, she designed a series of fitness programs that incorporate physical movement, mental acuity and social interaction. At age 63, this mother of three and grandmother of four calls herself “chronologically endowed.”
