Mark Hoplamazian

Mark Hoplamazian is president and chief executive officer of Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Prior to being appointed to this position in December 2006, he was president of The Pritzker Organization, LLC, the principal financial and investment adviser for Pritzker family business interests. During his 17-year tenure, he advised various Pritzker family-owned companies, including Hyatt Hotels Corporation. He previously worked in international mergers and acquisitions at The First Boston Corporation in New York. Hoplamazian graduated from Harvard University and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He lives in Chicago with his wife and three children.
