Kim Caruthers

Kim Caruthers is managing director of the Experiential Learning Portfolio Development and Assessment Program at Kaplan University. She has served in several key leadership positions in both her academic and professional career, including more than 15 years as a consultant with Accenture. Additionally, Caruthers has years of experience in the field of education. She served as a director for the Dade County Public School magnet program, and as a consulting lecturer for both Florida International University and Nova Southeastern University. She holds a master’s degree in business administration.
