All Budget rates include unlimited free mileage at all United States corporate and participating locations. There may be capped miles on Specialty Cars in the United States. In addition to the above discounts you will receive the following benefits at participating U.S. locations if the AARP Discount ID# is noted on your rental agreement and you present your membership ID card upon pickup of your rental:
- Primary liability insurance coverage of $25,000 for bodily injury or death for each person, $50,000 for each accident and up to a limit of $10,000 for property damage at participating locations.
- Maximum personal liability of $5,000 for damages to the rental car at participating locations if you decline to purchase the loss/damage waiver option. Review your personal auto insurance policy to determine if you need to purchase this option; certain credit card companies may provide this benefit at no charge. If you do not purchase the waiver, the AARP benefit will limit your responsibility for damages to the rental car to no more than $5,000.
