Labor, Business, Consumer Groups Join to Ask "If We Can Put Our Differences Aside, Why Can’t Congress?"
Over 2,000 people from the Divided We Fail group will be rallying on Capitol Hill in an effort to collect pledges from lawmakers to address the most pressing domestic issues facing Americans today-the future of their health and financial security. After the rally, AARP volunteers, members and staff will participate with volunteers and staff from Business Roundtable and SEIU to meet with their members of Congress to discuss the pledge.
AARP, Business Roundtable and SEIU leadership will take questions from the media immediately following the rally.
