Office of Diversity and Inclusion

AARP’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion Is Responsible For:

• Defining a “vision of success” with diversity at AARP through measurable benchmarks
• Driving diversity and inclusion through the work plans, benefits, and offerings in all parts and at all levels of the organization
• Establishing AARP as an organization recognized and respected for our commitment to diversity and inclusion
• Monitoring and reporting progress toward AARP’s diversity goals

The office, headed by AARP’s Chief Diversity Officer, works across the organization to improve and integrate inclusive strategies and metrics in the daily work of AARP. The team works with clients to help create, coordinate, and track our progress.
