Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-initiated groups formed around mutual interests. They provide networking opportunities and additional visibility for employees who have unique backgrounds or life experiences. You may have heard ERGs called "affinity groups," "employee networks," or similar names at other organizations. ERGs offer personal and professional growth opportunities while providing AARP a way to gain additional insights into developing products and services for our members. Currently, AARP has eleven ERGs:
• Asian Pacific American Staff Resource Group
• Black Employee Resource Group
• Caregivers Support & Resource Group
• Disability Interest Group
• Good Grief (Grief and Loss)
• La Tertulia (Hispanic/Latino)
• PRiSM Network (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Allies)
• Stepping Into Retirement
• Vitality (Health and Wellness)
• Women’s Resource Group
