Listening to the Employee

Since the true test of the success of our people strategy is in the eyes of our employees, we ask staff annually how well they think we are reaching our people goals. Randomly selected groups of more than 700 employees are surveyed in three “waves” each year. This means that every employee receives an invitation to participate in our Employee Opinion Pulse Survey (EOPS) once each calendar year. All the information we obtain from the EOPS informs the initiatives we are undertaking to be WORLD CLASS, both in our workplace and workforce. Employee responses continuously feed our people strategy and let us know if we are on track, and, if not, we learn what we need to do differently to improve. The results also enable us to track trends in employees’ opinions over time.
