The Hosts
Perhaps you first met Greg Williams when you heard his voice narrating specials for National Geographic, or as a spokesman for the U.S. Postal Service. Or you might have encountered him as a detective on HBO's hit series, "The Wire." A former sports anchor with a degree in broadcast communications, Williams has received one of his industry's highest honors, the Communicator Award. With interests ranging from golf to music to history, Greg looks forward to sharing the journey ahead.
Cynthia Steele Vance is equally at home in newsrooms and in the boardrooms of some of Washington, D.C.'s most active cultural and educational institutions. Her involvement as a trustee of George Washington University and a public broadcaster at WETA informs her work as a reporter and anchor. With a pair of Emmy nominations for her work, Cynthia has appeared as a reporter and commentator on "Larry King Live," the "CBS Morning News," and "ABC NewsOne." She has received Pennsylvania's Associated Press Broadcasters Award.
