It's not uncommon for tribal chiefs to serve for short periods, with frequent turnover the norm. But Chief Michael Jandreau, of the Lower Brule tribe in South Dakota, has managed to sustain his positon as chairman for the past 30 years.
Independent producer Vicky Wicks visited with the chief to discuss his notable achievement and explains some of the changes he's witnessed over the past three decades.
