Deborah Russell
Deborah Russell is the Director of Workforce Issues at AARP. Ms. Russell works with the business community to help develop employment opportunities that are fair, flexible, and that capitalize on the wealth of knowledge and expertise mature workers bring to today’s workplace. She has also established the Best Employers for Workers Over 50 program, which recognizes companies that demonstrate exemplary policies and practices for the 50+ workforce.
Gene Dodaro
Gene Dodaro is Acting Comptroller General, in the Government Accounting Office. Throughout his 30-year career with GAO, Mr. Dodaro oversaw the development of hundreds of reports and testimonies delivered to Congress annually.

As a founding partner of Katz, Marshall & Banks, LLP, Debra Katz has spent the past 20 years working on employment discrimination, civil rights and whistleblower protection cases.
John E. Nelson
John Nelson is an independent retirement planning researcher and co-author of the book, “What Color is Your Parachute? For Retirement.” Mr. Nelson also developed the Well-Being Model – a comprehensive method for retirement preparation. The model has been adopted by the federal government, and by the AARP to structure its in-house employee education programs.

The Host
Through most of her distinguished reporting career, Sheilah Kast has focused on the economy and workplace and how they affect people's lives. Well known to viewers of public television, ABC News, and CNN, she has covered the White House and Congress.
Kast also reported on the Washington aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks. Her stories included an investigation of anthrax in the mails and the struggles of bereaved Pentagon families to secure benefits.
At The Washington Star, in her first reporting job, Kast covered financial regulation, taxes, and energy. Her expertise in these important issues eventually led her to start a national public-television show, "This Week in Business," which she hosted in association with Business Week magazine.
Ms. Kast is a skilled interviewer. She has often hosted NPR's Weekend Edition Sunday and has her own current-affairs interview show on public radio in Maryland.
