AARP Contest Offering Dream Jobs

A new contest sponsored by AARP seeks to help six lucky winners attain their dream jobs.

Each winner will receive a prize package including a job consultation package from RetirementJobs.com worth $995; a laptop worth $900; and an American Express gift card for $500.

The prize package is intended to provide the information, tools and resources to help each winner find the job that best suits their interests and needs.

To enter, contestants must complete forms online by 11:59 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 1.

Entry forms include the submission of a short essay describing each contestant's dream job and how winning would help realize that job.

Contestants must explain how they fit into one or more Dream Job category: Career Changer, New Worker, Entrepreneur, Downsized, Flexibility Seeker or Retired and Restless.

Winners will be asked to chronicle their dream job experiences on a bi-weekly basis.
