Ms. Aldrich, an experienced professional with membership organizations and the insurance and professional services industries, is principal of the Aldrich Partnership. She previously served as chief membership officer for the Society for Human Resource Management; senior vice president and chief administrative officer of the California State Automobile Association; and vice president of Human Resources and corporate secretary of the Failure Group (now known as Exponent).
Human resource management and employment concerns encompass a large part of Ms. Aldrich's professional experience as well as her volunteer experience, which includes judging for AARP's Best Employers for Workers Over 50 Program; member, Human Resource Committee and Board of Directors of Gifts in Kind International; council member, the American Management Association's Human Resource Council; board chair and member, Society for Human Resource Management; and board director, Lifeprint, which assists women with low-incomes or re-entering the workforce to secure employment.
Ms. Aldrich's extensive volunteer career also includes serving on the Board of Lytton Gardens, an organization providing healthcare and housing options to low-income seniors; board member, Community Association for Rehabilitation; and president, Los Altos-Mountain View American Association of University Women. Ms. Aldrich is a recipient of the Los Altos/Mountain View American Association of University Women Award. She earned a B.A. in English language and literature and has received several certifications in human resources and coaching. She lives with her husband and enjoys spending time with their six children and ten grandchildren.
