Registration and Housing for all 2009 Sponsors & Exhibitors is now open. Reserve your rooms anytime of the day.

Have you already signed up, completed your application, and received approval to participate in Vegas@50+? If so, then you’re in great shape. Now you must be sure to book your housing so you’ll have somewhere to rest in the city that never sleeps!

If you have not already blocked your housing rooms, please do so now to receive the AARP room block rate. Room reservations can be made 24 hours a day – Reserve your room now!

Complete the 2009 Exhibitor Registration and Exhibitor Housing forms to ensure your company will have housing for all staff attending the event. If several staff are attending and representing your company, you may register for housing using the Exhibitor Housing Group form.

Registration Notice:
Look out for your registration notice, which will be sent to you via e-mail, to begin registering your booth staff. In order to register your exhibiting staff, you will need the login and password assigned to your company. This information is provided in the registration e-mail notice.
