How to Respond

All RFI submissions must be completed online. The RFI submission process will be open beginning February 22, 2012 and end on March 16, 2012 at 11:59pm.

You will be asked to provide narrative details on the following questions:

1. How do you define isolation?
2. What indicators do you use to identify those people you define as isolated?
3. What methods do you use to find those people you define as isolated?
4. Please delineate your programs that address causes or effects of isolation and how you measure their success.
5. What unmet needs around the issue of isolation in the low income 50-plus population do you think are not being met?
