Step 4: Submit Letter of Inquiry (LOI) by September 15, 2011

Step 5: Submit questions to hungergrants@aarp.org (We will address questions in our FAQs, and on our free technical assistance conference calls)

Step 6: Join a technical assistance call for applicants. Dates and times to be determined (TBD)

Step 7: Draft your RFP and collect needed materials

Step 8: Submit your proposal online, with attachments
